Place your index middle and ring finger on the forehead with equidistance. Press the forehead and take a deep breath, in and out through your nose. Move your forehead up towards the hairline. Hold it for 1 minute and relax then repeat the position 5 times. This technique helps in brightening the forehead area and balances your mind. Press it with gentle pressure. There will be redness on your skin after exercise. It also presses on lots of acupressure points which help in reducing stress, insomnia, and tension headaches.
